Cookie Policy
This policy explains how LoungeDeal uses cookies and similar technologies across our lounge database, search tools, booking flows, accounts, and support channels.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, so you do not have to re-enter them on every page or visit. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs); in this policy we refer to all of these as “cookies”.
Cookies can be set by LoungeDeal directly (first-party cookies) or by trusted third parties we work with (third-party cookies). They can also be “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We group the cookies on LoungeDeal into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are required for the service to function; the others help us improve LoungeDeal and are used in line with your choices and applicable law.
- -Strictly necessary — required to run core features such as page navigation, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, checkout, and keeping you signed in. The site cannot function properly without these, so they cannot be switched off through our preference controls.
- -Preferences — remember choices you make, such as language, region, currency, and display settings, so LoungeDeal works the way you expect on your next visit.
- -Analytics — help us understand how visitors find and use LoungeDeal in aggregate, which pages and lounges are popular, and where flows can be improved. We use this data to fix problems and make the product better.
- -Marketing and attribution — measure the performance of campaigns and referrals, and credit partners who send travelers to us, so we can keep lounge access affordable. These are only set where permitted and, where required, with your consent.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on our behalf. We choose these providers carefully, but they operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, and we do not control how they handle data once it reaches them.
- -Analytics providers — help us measure traffic and product usage in aggregate.
- -Payment processing — supports secure checkout, fraud prevention, and payment verification when you buy a pass or membership.
- -Authentication (Clerk) — keeps your sign-in session secure and lets you access your account and bookings.
- -Affiliate and attribution partners — credit referrals and measure campaign performance so partners are paid correctly.
For more detail on how we and our providers handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Managing your cookies
You are in control of how cookies are used on your device. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings, and you can usually choose to be warned before a cookie is stored. The exact steps differ by browser, so check your browser's help pages for instructions.
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop core parts of LoungeDeal from working, including signing in, staying logged in, and completing a booking or checkout. Blocking preference, analytics, or marketing cookies will not break the service, but some settings may not be remembered between visits.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT signals, so LoungeDeal does not currently change its behavior based on them. You can still manage cookies using the browser controls described above, and we honor any cookie or consent choices you make where applicable law requires it.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, our providers, or legal requirements. The updated policy applies when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
