Priority Pass is accepted at the Sala Nervión, Bilbao's Priority Pass lounge. Present your membership card with a same-day boarding pass; access is typically allowed a few hours before departure and subject to capacity.

DragonPass also opens the Sala Nervión. If you carry DragonPass, it covers the same airside lounge as Priority Pass, so you can use whichever membership you hold to get in.

DragonPass

The Sala Nervión sells a walk-in day pass at the door, so you can pay per visit without any membership or airline status. It's the simplest route in if you don't hold a lounge card or premium ticket.

The Sala Urdaibai is used as the premium lounge for several airlines, admitting eligible business-class passengers and frequent flyers with the right tier (such as oneworld Sapphire, Star Alliance Gold or SkyTeam Elite Plus, depending on your carrier). Access follows your ticket and status.

A business-class ticket on a carrier that uses the Aena lounge gets you into the Sala Urdaibai directly — the simplest route if you're flying up front out of Bilbao, with no membership needed.

• —Bilbao has a single passenger terminal, so there's no risk of picking a lounge in the wrong building.
• —Both lounges are airside on the mezzanine boarding level (P2) — clear passport control and security before you head for either.

Timing & opening hours

• —Both lounges open early (around 05:30) for Bilbao's morning departures and close mid-to-late evening, roughly 22:00–22:15.
• —Access is usually permitted a few hours before your scheduled departure — turning up too early may mean waiting.
• —Bilbao is a compact airport, so you don't need to allow much time to reach the lounges once you're airside.

Make the most of access

• —If you hold both Priority Pass and DragonPass, either works at the Sala Nervión — no need to choose in advance.
