Changchun Airport Lounges

Changchun Longjia International Airport · Changchun, China

Changchun Longjia International (CGQ) splits its six lounges across two terminals: Terminal 1 handles international flights and Terminal 2 is domestic. Most are independent first-class lounges reachable on DragonPass, with one Star Alliance lounge, one SkyTeam lounge and a pay-per-visit option. There is no Priority Pass lounge here, so DragonPass is the membership to carry.

About CGQ

Changchun Longjia International Airport (CGQ) serves the capital of Jilin Province in China's northeast, and its six lounges are spread across two terminals. Terminal 1 is the older building and handles all international flights plus some domestic services; Terminal 2, which opened in 2018, is the domestic terminal and holds most of the lounges. The lounge scene is led by DragonPass, which opens the independent first-class lounges in both terminals — there is no Priority Pass lounge at CGQ. Star Alliance Gold reaches the JILIN CAAC Lounge in Terminal 1, SkyTeam Elite Plus opens the VIP Lounge near Gate 5 in Terminal 2, and one Terminal 2 lounge sells walk-in entry to any passenger for a fee. Because Terminal 1 is international and Terminal 2 is domestic, always pick a lounge in the terminal you are flying from.

How we compile this guide

Sourced, never sponsored.

This guide is compiled from airline, alliance and lounge-operator sources plus published access rules from Priority Pass and DragonPass — we haven't independently visited every Changchun Longjia International Airport lounge yet. Nothing here is a paid placement, and the guide is updated as lounges open, close, renovate or change access policies. Read more about how we verify lounge data.

Insider tips

Know before you go.

01

Lead with DragonPass

  • DragonPass covers more CGQ lounges than any other route — it is the membership to carry here.
  • There is no Priority Pass lounge at Changchun, so don't rely on a Priority Pass card at this airport.
  • Most of the DragonPass lounges are independent first-class lounges rather than airline-branded, so the membership matters more than your carrier.
02

Mind the terminal

  • Terminal 1 handles international flights and Terminal 2 is domestic — pick a lounge in the terminal you are departing from.
  • If you are flying internationally, the International First Class Lounge and JILIN CAAC Lounge are both in Terminal 1.
  • Domestic departures have more choice in Terminal 2, including the pay-per-visit lounge opposite Gate 15.
03

Pay-per-visit works here

  • The First Class Lounge opposite Gate 15 in Terminal 2 admits any passenger for a fee, so you can get in without status or a membership.
  • Paying at the door is the simplest route if you hold no lounge card — bring your boarding pass.
  • It is a domestic-terminal lounge, so it suits Terminal 2 departures rather than international ones.
04

Set your expectations

  • These are compact regional lounges — expect light snacks, soft drinks and a quiet space rather than an extensive buffet.
  • Lounge hours track the flight schedule, roughly early morning to past midnight, so very early or late flights may find shorter hours.
  • Arrive a little early at peak departure banks to be sure of a comfortable seat.
