Terminal 1
Terminal 1 is United Airlines' Chicago hub and home to its two lounges. Terminal 3
Terminal 3 is American Airlines' base at O'Hare, with both of its lounges sitting between gates H6 and K6 after security. The Flagship Lounge is the premium tier for eligible oneworld and Flagship passengers, and the Admirals Club is the broader American membership lounge. International Terminal 5
Terminal 5 is O'Hare's international terminal and holds the densest cluster of lounges, most of them airline-operated around the M-gates. Delta, SAS, LOT and JAL each run a lounge here, and the independent Swissport Lounge is the only ORD lounge on the Priority Pass network. Access is mostly via airline status or a premium-cabin ticket.

USO Center
Separate from the airline and contract lounges, O'Hare hosts a USO Center that welcomes U.S. Armed Forces active-duty, Reserve and Guard service members and their families. It's a service-member facility rather than a general-access airport lounge, offering a place to rest with snacks and soft drinks.

How to get into lounges at ORD.
O'Hare is an airline-status airport first — most of its lounges are run by carriers and open on alliance status or a premium-cabin ticket rather than a paid day pass. United anchors Terminal 1, American anchors Terminal 3, and the international Terminal 5 carries Delta, SAS, LOT and JAL lounges plus the independent Swissport Lounge, the one spot on the Priority Pass network. Check your terminal before security, as the four buildings don't connect airside.
Star Alliance lounges
Star Alliance Gold members and business-class passengers can use the United Club and United Polaris Lounge in Terminal 1, plus the LOT, JAL, SAS Business and Swissport lounges in Terminal 5. The Polaris Lounge is reserved for intercontinental premium flyers, so check the per-lounge rules.

oneworld Sapphire status or a qualifying business-class ticket opens American's Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge in Terminal 3, and the LOT and Swissport lounges in Terminal 5 also accept oneworld passengers. The Flagship Lounge is the higher premium tier.
