Both of Chinggis Khaan's lounges sit in the International Terminal, airside after security and passport control. The MIAT Mongolian Airlines Blue Sky Lounge is near gate 1 and serves the flag carrier's premium passengers, while the independent Link Business Lounge welcomes any traveller on a pay-in basis. There are no separate domestic-terminal lounges to plan around.

How to get into lounges at UBN.
Ulaanbaatar is a pay-per-visit airport at heart — both of its lounges let you buy entry on the day, so you don't need a lounge membership or airline status to get in. The MIAT Blue Sky Lounge adds airline access for the flag carrier's business-class passengers and Blue Sky Mongolia Gold members, while the Link Business Lounge is open to everyone on a pay-in basis.
Walk-in day pass
Both UBN lounges sell entry on a pay-in basis, so you can simply pay to get in. The Link Business Lounge welcomes all passengers this way, and the MIAT Blue Sky Lounge is also purchasable alongside its airline access. Where available, booking ahead is usually cheaper than paying at the door.
