About FOC

Fuzhou Changle International Airport (FOC) is the main gateway for Fujian province, operating from a single terminal split into domestic and international departure zones. We track nine lounges here. Xiamen Airlines, the airport's largest carrier, runs the airside first-class lounges on both sides, open to SkyTeam Elite Plus members and its own premium-cabin passengers. Alongside them sit independent business lounges — Sea Cloud airside near gate 8, and the German Business Club and Business VIP Lounge landside in the departure hall — which accept DragonPass or sell a paid day pass, so you can get in without airline status. Star Alliance Gold and oneworld Sapphire passengers each have a dedicated lounge too. Because the terminal mixes airside and landside lounges across domestic and international zones, check whether your lounge is before or after security, and which side you're flying from, before you head in.

How we compile this guide

Sourced, never sponsored.

This guide is compiled from airline, alliance and lounge-operator sources plus published access rules from Priority Pass and DragonPass — we haven't independently visited every Fuzhou Changle International Airport lounge yet. Nothing here is a paid placement, and the guide is updated as lounges open, close, renovate or change access policies. Read more about how we verify lounge data.

Xiamen Airlines Domestic First Class Lounge

The Xiamen Airlines Domestic First Class Lounge is the airside pick for domestic flyers, with a hot buffet, house wine and beer and airfield views through floor-to-ceiling windows for SkyTeam Elite Plus and Xiamen Airlines business and first passengers.

Best for Pay-Per-Visit

Sea Cloud Business Lounge

The Sea Cloud Business Lounge is an airside independent lounge next to gate 8, reachable on DragonPass or a paid day pass — a calm, contemporary space to wait without needing airline status, and the lowest walk-in rate we track at FOC.

Access guide

How to get into lounges at FOC.

Fuzhou splits cleanly between airline lounges and independent ones. Xiamen Airlines runs the airside first-class lounges, open to SkyTeam Elite Plus members and Xiamen Airlines premium-cabin passengers; Star Alliance Gold and oneworld Sapphire each reach a dedicated lounge. If you don't have status, the independent lounges accept DragonPass or sell a paid day pass, so you can still get in without an airline tier.

Airline status

SkyTeam & Xiamen Airlines

The Xiamen Airlines first-class lounges admit SkyTeam Elite Plus members and Xiamen Airlines business or first-class passengers, across both the domestic and international zones. This is the main status route at FOC.

Several FOC lounges sell entry at the door, including Sea Cloud, the German Business Club, the Business VIP Lounge and the Xiamen Airlines lounge near gate 5, so you can pay per visit without a membership or status.

Insider tips

Know before you go.

01

Status vs pay-in

  • Xiamen Airlines runs the airside first-class lounges on SkyTeam — your best bet if you hold status or a premium-cabin ticket.
  • No status? DragonPass or a paid day pass gets you into the independent lounges instead.
  • The Xiamen Airlines lounge near gate 5 also sells paid entry, so it's reachable even without SkyTeam.
02

Airside vs landside

  • Sea Cloud and the Xiamen Airlines lounges are airside, after security — clear the checkpoint first.
  • The German Business Club (by Gate 3) and the Business VIP Lounge (Level 2, Domestic Departures) are landside, useful before security.
  • The Business VIP Lounge also offers an express security lane and help with boarding formalities.
03

Domestic vs international

  • Fuzhou's single terminal splits into domestic and international zones — match your lounge to the side you're flying from.
  • The Xiamen Airlines Domestic First Class Lounge serves domestic departures; the International First Class Lounge near gate 5 covers international.
  • The oneworld and some first/business lounges sit on the international side on Level 3.
04

Timing

  • Most FOC lounges open early (around 06:00–06:30) and close in the evening rather than running 24 hours.
  • The Xiamen Airlines international lounge runs roughly 06:30–20:45; the German Business Club and Sea Cloud about 06:00–21:00.
  • Check the per-lounge hours before a very early or late flight, as several close before the last departures.
