Concourse B
CVG has a single terminal building, with passengers reaching the gate concourses by a short underground tram (or an under-eight-minute walk). Both of the airport's lounges sit airside in Concourse B, which handles all international flights plus a share of domestic departures. The Escape Lounge covers pay-in, Priority Pass and DragonPass access; the Delta Sky Club serves Delta and SkyTeam premium passengers. Concourse A, the all-domestic concourse, has no lounge.

How to get into lounges at CVG.
Access at CVG is straightforward because there are only two lounges, both in Concourse B. The Escape Lounge is the flexible one — pay-per-visit, Priority Pass, DragonPass and American Express Platinum/Centurion all work there. The Delta Sky Club is reserved for Delta and SkyTeam premium-cabin passengers and eligible elite members. Whichever you're aiming for, you'll clear security and ride the tram to Concourse B first.
Walk-in day pass
The Escape Lounge sells a walk-in day pass at the door, so you can pay per visit without any membership or airline status. Booking online ahead of time is usually cheaper than paying on arrival and helps at busy departure banks.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass is accepted at the Escape Lounge in Concourse B. As an Amex Centurion Studio Partner the lounge can prioritise eligible Amex cardholders when it's busy, so arrive early on peak mornings.

Get to Concourse B first
- —Both CVG lounges are in Concourse B — clear security and take the underground tram from the main terminal to reach them.
