The United Club serves Star Alliance Gold members and eligible premium-cabin passengers flying United out of San Diego, with a hot and cold buffet and full bar. The pick if you're flying United or hold Star Alliance status.
Delta Sky Club

How to get into lounges at SAN.
San Diego is a small lounge airport with one clear path for most travellers: the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2, which takes DragonPass and Priority Pass. Beyond that, access is tied to your airline — United Club for Star Alliance, Delta Sky Club for SkyTeam — while the USO Center is open only to military service members and their families.

Priority Pass is accepted at the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2 — the only Priority Pass lounge at San Diego. It's the simplest way in if you don't have airline status, with a buffet, bar and shower facilities airside.
