Austrian Lounge Vie Gates G Non Schengen Temporary
The temporary Austrian Lounge at Gates G is the current Star Alliance space for non-Schengen departures, welcoming Austrian business-class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members. It runs until a permanent lounge opens in 2027, with comfortable seating and panoramic tarmac views.
Austrian Business Lounge (Non Schengen)
The Austrian Business Lounge in the non-Schengen area, near the D gates, takes DragonPass and adds private sleep pods, showers, a charging station and runway views — a step up in facilities when you want to rest or work before a long-haul departure.

Main Terminal
Vienna runs as a single connected passenger terminal, so all of VIE's lounges sit airside within the same building rather than in separate terminals. The Sky Lounge near the F gates is the independent option on DragonPass and Priority Pass, while Austrian Airlines operates its own family of lounges — a business lounge near the D gates and, during the current rebuild, a temporary Star Alliance lounge at the non-Schengen Gates G area. How to get into lounges at VIE.
Vienna splits cleanly between independent and airline access. The Sky Lounge is the membership lounge — it takes both DragonPass and Priority Pass — while the Austrian Airlines lounges run on the airline's own rules: business-class tickets and Star Alliance Gold status, with HON Circle members keeping a separate premium area. Because Austrian's lounges are mid-rebuild, the exact lounge you reach in the non-Schengen area depends on whether you're departing before the permanent space opens in 2027.

DragonPass is accepted at the Sky Lounge near the F gates and at the Austrian Business Lounge in the non-Schengen area near the D gates. It's the most flexible single membership for getting into a VIE lounge without Austrian Airlines status.
