Terms and Conditions

By using LoungeDeal, creating an account, buying a pass, joining a membership, contacting support, or using any related product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LoungeDeal.

LoungeDeal may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

LoungeDeal provides an independent airport lounge database, travel information, search tools, and, where available, direct or partner-supported booking access to selected lounges and travel products.

LoungeDeal is not a lounge operator, airport, airline, card issuer, access network, or immigration/security authority. Lounges, airports, booking partners, payment providers, and other third parties may have their own terms, rules, and policies.

We work to keep lounge information useful and current, but lounge details can change without notice. Opening hours, access rules, prices, amenities, images, terminal access, guest policies, and availability may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed by third parties.

Information on LoungeDeal is provided for general travel planning. You are responsible for checking final entry conditions before travel and at the lounge.

When LoungeDeal offers lounge access for booking, the booking is subject to availability, payment approval, capacity, operational restrictions, partner rules, and lounge entry requirements. A booking confirmation or QR pass does not override airport security, immigration, airline, terminal, boarding-pass, capacity, dress-code, age, guest, or same-day-travel rules.

We may refuse, cancel, reverse, or require additional verification for any booking where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, pricing error, inventory error, policy breach, payment issue, or operational problem.

Prices may change at any time before purchase. Currency conversion, bank fees, card fees, local taxes, and charges imposed by third parties are your responsibility unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Payment is due at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors and fraud-prevention providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the product, lounge, partner, and rules shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation. Unless a more generous policy is expressly shown, bookings are non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed, once a pass has been used, or where you fail to meet entry requirements.

LoungeDeal is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, terminal changes, visa or immigration issues, airport disruption, security delays, lounge capacity limits, no-shows, or traveler error.

You agree to:

• -Provide accurate passenger, contact, booking, and payment information.
• -Use LoungeDeal only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes.
• -Check airport, airline, lounge, visa, security, terminal, and same-day-travel requirements.
• -Not resell, copy, transfer, tamper with, scrape, automate, or misuse passes, content, pricing, data, or accounts.
• -Not interfere with LoungeDeal systems, security, availability, payments, partners, or other users.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts, memberships, benefits, or access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy breach, security risk, or unlawful activity.

Membership benefits, prices, availability, partner coverage, and product features may change over time.

LoungeDeal owns or licenses the site, design, logo, database structure, content, copy, data compilations, software, and related intellectual property. You may use LoungeDeal for normal travel planning and purchasing only. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

LoungeDeal may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, lounge operators, airports, access networks, analytics providers, and booking partners. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, decisions, outages, prices, policies, or handling of your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoungeDeal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, lounge availability, admission, pricing accuracy, operational status, or that any lounge will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees or statutory rights that apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoungeDeal and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for travel disruption, denied entry, missed flights, third-party acts, inaccurate third-party information, or service interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service, paying the cost of resupply, or refunding the amount you paid for the affected LoungeDeal product.

You agree to indemnify LoungeDeal against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of LoungeDeal, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information, chargebacks, fraud, or breach of third-party rights.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes connected with these Terms or LoungeDeal.
