Accra Airport Lounges
Kotoka International Airport · Accra, Ghana
Kotoka International (ACC) is Ghana's main gateway, and its lounges cluster in the international Terminal 3 — a tight field of independent contract lounges reachable on DragonPass and Priority Pass, with a couple also taking oneworld, SkyTeam or Star Alliance status. A single pay-per-visit Adinkra Lounge sits in the domestic Terminal 2.

Adinkra Lounge
The Adinkra Lounge in Terminal 3 has the widest access of any ACC lounge — DragonPass, Priority Pass and oneworld all get you in — and sits airside with runway views, so it works for the most travellers without a specific card or airline.
Akwaaba Lounge
The Akwaaba Lounge is the Terminal 3 airside option that pairs Star Alliance access with DragonPass and Priority Pass, making it the natural pick if you're flying a Star Alliance carrier out of Accra.
Sanbra Priority Lounge
The Sanbra Priority Lounge is the one ACC lounge that takes SkyTeam status alongside Priority Pass and oneworld — a calm, light-filled space overlooking the airfield in the international terminal.
Adinkra Lounge Acc Terminal
The Adinkra Lounge in the domestic Terminal 2 welcomes all passengers for a walk-in fee regardless of class, so you can pay per visit without a membership — the main lounge option on the domestic side.

Terminal 3 (International)
Terminal 3 handles Accra's international flights and holds all but one of the airport's lounges. They are independent contract lounges in the DragonPass and Priority Pass networks, sitting airside after security, with a couple also accepting oneworld, SkyTeam or Star Alliance status. Expect contemporary spaces with Ghanaian design touches and runway views.
- —Densest cluster of lounges at ACC — DragonPass and Priority Pass cover most
- —Sanbra Priority Lounge adds SkyTeam and oneworld access
- —Adinkra Lounge adds oneworld; Akwaaba Lounge adds Star Alliance
- —All sit airside after security in the international terminal
Terminal 2 (Domestic)
Kotoka's domestic flights run from Terminal 2. Lounge coverage on the domestic side is thin compared with international — the Adinkra Lounge near gate 3 is the option here, welcoming Priority Pass members and selling walk-in entry to all passengers for a fee.
- —Far fewer lounges than the international Terminal 3
- —Adinkra Lounge (T2) is the domestic option, near gate 3
- —Takes Priority Pass and sells walk-in entry to all passengers
- —Domestic-to-international connections mean changing terminals
Como entrar nas salas VIP em ACC.
Accra is a DragonPass and Priority Pass airport first and foremost — those two memberships unlock the most lounges in Terminal 3. A few of the international lounges also take airline-alliance status (oneworld, SkyTeam or Star Alliance), and the domestic Adinkra Lounge sells walk-in entry to anyone. Always check whether your lounge is in the international Terminal 3 or the domestic Terminal 2 before you clear security.
DragonPass
DragonPass is accepted at the Terminal 3 airside lounges, including the Adinkra, Akwaaba and Sanbra Business & Priority lounges. It's one of the two most useful memberships to carry at ACC.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass works at several Accra lounges, including the Sanbra Priority Lounge, Adinkra and Akwaaba in Terminal 3 and the Adinkra Lounge in the domestic Terminal 2. Check the per-lounge page to confirm coverage and your terminal.
Airline & alliance lounges
A few Terminal 3 lounges add alliance access: the Sanbra Priority Lounge and Adinkra Lounge take oneworld, the Sanbra Priority Lounge also takes SkyTeam, and the Akwaaba Lounge takes Star Alliance. Access follows your ticket and frequent-flyer tier.
Walk-in day pass
The Adinkra Lounge in the domestic Terminal 2 sells entry at the door to all passengers regardless of class of service, so you can pay per visit without a membership on the domestic side.
Carry both if you can
Because the field is split between DragonPass-led and Priority Pass-led lounges, carrying both memberships gives you the most flexibility at ACC — together they reach every contract lounge in Terminal 3 plus the domestic option.
Saiba antes de ir.
Lead with DragonPass or Priority Pass
- —Most ACC lounges are independent contract lounges, so the membership you carry matters more than the airline you fly.
- —DragonPass and Priority Pass between them cover the whole Terminal 3 field — carry both if you can for maximum flexibility.
- —A few lounges add alliance access on top, so check whether your status opens a door before paying.
International vs domestic
- —Almost every lounge is in the international Terminal 3 — that's where to look if you're flying abroad.
- —The domestic Terminal 2 has just the Adinkra Lounge, which sells walk-in entry to all passengers near gate 3.
- —Domestic-to-international connections mean changing terminals, so plan the transfer time.
Match status to lounge
- —Flying SkyTeam? The Sanbra Priority Lounge is the one ACC lounge that takes SkyTeam status.
- —Flying Star Alliance? Head for the Akwaaba Lounge, which pairs Star Alliance access with DragonPass and Priority Pass.
- —oneworld passengers can use the Sanbra Priority Lounge or the Adinkra Lounge in Terminal 3.
Timing & comfort
- —The Terminal 3 lounges can fill during peak departure banks — go earlier if you want a quiet seat.
- —Most lounges sit airside after security, so clear the checkpoint first before counting on lounge time.
- —Expect contemporary spaces with Ghanaian design touches and runway views rather than sprawling flagship lounges.
