The USO Center at Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is located on the second floor of the Arrivals Terminal, directly above Baggage Claim and Rental Car Counters. It's open every day from 9 a.m. to midnight. The center provides cold food, beverages, coffee and tea, and a range of practical facilities including Wi-Fi, computers and laptops, printers, and a DVD and Blu-ray player. Travelers can also find an Xbox One, playing cards, and TV with cable. A sleeping and quiet area, baby changing station, bathrooms, and toiletries are available. The center also includes an Information Desk, transportation information, and travel maps. A dedicated Families of the Fallen Lounge is on-site. Entry is by paid access only.
