The HelloSky VIP Lounge is the airside lounge at Milan Bergamo (Orio al Serio), set in the single Main Terminal near boarding area A15 — past the security check but before passport control. It's the better all-rounder of Bergamo's two lounges: DragonPass members are welcome and a paid day pass is sold, so you don't need airline status to get in. Inside you'll find a complimentary hot and cold buffet with snacks and fresh fruit, plus a full bar running to soft drinks, house wine, beer and liquor. Practical touches make it useful on a long travel day — fast Wi-Fi, charging stations, printing, air conditioning, baby-changing facilities and shower facilities available for a charge. It's a comfortable place to settle before a flight rather than a flagship first-class lounge, and a maximum three-hour stay applies, so time your visit to your departure.
