The First Class Lounge in Cairo Terminal 2 is operated by Plaza Premium together with CAC and EAS, and it's the terminal's main pay-per-visit lounge. Located airside after immigration, it welcomes Priority Pass members and also sells walk-in entry to all passengers for a fee, regardless of class of service — so you don't need airline status or a specific membership to get in.
