The Avianca Lounge sits on the domestic side of Cali's Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, on the second floor in the boarding-gates area, next to the Ananda pastry shop. It's the airport's airline-aligned lounge: access is for Star Alliance Gold members and passengers travelling in business class on Avianca or a Star Alliance partner. Inside, the lounge offers complimentary snacks and soft drinks along with house wine, beer and liquor, plus Wi-Fi, internet access, a TV area and flight-information screens. Toilet facilities and step-free access for passengers with reduced mobility are provided. It's a comfortable place for eligible flyers to wait before a domestic departure, separate from the busier gate area. Unlike Sala VIP Calima on the international side, this lounge does not sell walk-in entry, so you'll need the right status or ticket.
