SALON AHS is the main airside departures lounge at Cotonou's Cadjehoun Airport, sitting near the boarding gates once you've cleared passport control and security. It offers the widest access of any lounge at COO: SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers and SkyTeam business or first-class flyers are welcome, DragonPass members can use it, and it's also sold as a pay-in day pass for travellers without status. The space has modern decor with soft lighting and large windows that give runway views — a draw for plane-spotters — alongside a hot and cold buffet, a bar with soft drinks and alcohol, and air-conditioned comfort. The seating mixes plush armchairs with sleek tables and is well spaced, keeping noise levels low, so it works equally for relaxing or getting a little focused work done before a flight. As Cadjehoun is a single-terminal airport, this is the default departures lounge for most travellers leaving Cotonou.
