Al Safwa First Lounge is the Qatar Airways first-class lounge at Hamad International Airport. It is the flagship of the DOH lounge portfolio, designed around space, quiet and privacy rather than high throughput. Access is limited to Qatar Airways First-class passengers and oneworld Emerald status holders, which keeps the eligible pool small and the lounge calm even during Doha's peak transfer banks. The space is large and airside in the main terminal, with dining, rest areas and shower facilities. If you qualify, it is the standout lounge experience at the airport and well worth the walk to reach.

Al Safwa offers a premium first-class dining experience with à la carte options and table service rather than a basic buffet. Expect a broad menu spanning international and Middle Eastern dishes, a full bar and a calm setting in which to eat before a long-haul flight. Service is attentive given the small number of eligible passengers.
