Softlanding Concierge Lounge is the sole landside lounge at Sir Seretse Khama International in Gaborone, located before the security checks next to the airport prayer room in the Main Terminal. It's reachable on DragonPass and is purchasable for pay-in guests. The space offers a tranquil escape from the terminal with soft, warm lighting, contemporary African-inspired decor, elegant wooden accents and local artwork, and plush seating spaced for privacy. It carries the widest facility list of any GBE lounge: a complimentary hot buffet and snacks alongside an à la carte menu, a conference room for working travellers, luggage storage, computer access and printing, plus champagne, house wine, beer and liquor at the bar. Halal and vegetarian options are available. Because it's landside, it's the natural choice if you arrive early and want to settle before joining the security queue — bearing in mind the two-hour maximum stay.
