The Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge is the flag carrier's airside international lounge in Terminal 2 at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport. After passport control and security, it sits on the east side of the terminal — turn right and head upstairs to level 3, near gate 28. The lounge is reachable on DragonPass and offers a genuinely well-rounded spread: hot and cold food, snacks and fruit, complimentary soft drinks, house wine, beer and liquor, plus showers, massage chairs, printing, computer access and air conditioning. There's a smoking area and digital cards are accepted. A maximum two-hour stay applies, so it's geared to a pre-flight reset rather than a long layover. For DragonPass holders flying internationally out of Hanoi, it's one of the most complete options in Terminal 2.
