This is Hefei Xinqiao's Star Alliance lounge, on the departure floor of the main terminal. It's the option for Star Alliance Gold members and passengers travelling on a Business Class ticket with an eligible Star Alliance carrier. The offering is deliberately simple — complimentary snacks and soft drinks, with TVs and step-free access — so it's best thought of as a quiet, no-frills place to sit and wait before a departure rather than a full-service flagship lounge. As a smaller regional lounge it won't match the spread of the better-equipped contract lounges at the airport, but it gives Star Alliance passengers a calmer alternative to the terminal seating. Bring your Star Alliance Gold card or Business Class boarding pass to the door.
