Remodelled in March 2017, the JAL Sakura Lounge at Hiroshima Airport showcases JAL's 'Japan's appearance' design concept, created by Japanese interior designers Ryu Kosaka and Hironori Takeuchi. The result is a modern but timeless environment with comfortable seating, and a practical touch travellers appreciate: power outlets at every seat. The lounge offers a selection of snacks and drinks for a relaxed pause before departure. It serves Japan Airlines premium-cabin passengers and eligible oneworld Sapphire and Emerald status holders flying JAL or a oneworld partner from Hiroshima, making it the airport's flagship branded lounge.
