Sobre TXN

Huangshan Tunxi International Airport (TXN) is the main gateway to the Yellow Mountains and the historic villages of southern Anhui, and its lounge scene is small and simple. There are two lounges, both airside on the second floor of the single Main Terminal. The First Class Lounge, reached from the domestic departure hall, is the more flexible and better-equipped option — it accepts both DragonPass and Priority Pass and adds tarmac views, TV, flight information screens and reading material. The International Lounge sits by the international gateway, is DragonPass-only, and opens about two hours before international departures. Neither serves a hot buffet; expect cold snacks and soft drinks in a quiet, modern space. There are no airline or alliance lounges at Tunxi, so a lounge membership — DragonPass first, Priority Pass for the First Class Lounge — is the way in.

Onde nós realmente iríamos.

Best Overall

First Class Lounge

The First Class Lounge has the widest access at TXN — both DragonPass and Priority Pass get you in — and it's the better-equipped of the two, with tarmac views, TV, flight information screens and reading material. A calm, comfortable choice before most departures.

Best for International Departures

International Lounge

The International Lounge sits airside near the international gateway and opens two hours before international flights. It's DragonPass-only and kept simple — cold snacks and soft drinks in a quiet, modern space — but it's the right pick when you're flying internationally out of Tunxi.

Best for Pay-Per-Visit

First Class Lounge

With no airline lounges at Tunxi, paying your way in is the norm — and the First Class Lounge is the easiest to walk into, accepting both DragonPass and Priority Pass with a typical rate of around USD 15 per guest for a two-hour stay through the lounge apps.

Guia de acesso

Como entrar nas salas VIP em TXN.

Tunxi is a lounge-membership airport — DragonPass is the key that opens both lounges, and Priority Pass adds the First Class Lounge on top. There are no airline or alliance lounges here, so your membership card matters more than your carrier or cabin. Both lounges sit airside, so clear the security check first.

Lounge membership

DragonPass

DragonPass is the most useful membership at TXN — it's accepted at both the First Class Lounge and the International Lounge. If you only carry one card here, make it DragonPass.

Priority Pass

Priority Pass is accepted at the First Class Lounge on the domestic departure side. It does not cover the International Lounge, which is DragonPass-only, so check which lounge matches your departure before you settle in.

Pay-per-visit entry

Both lounges can be entered on a pay-per-visit basis through the lounge network, with a typical walk-up rate around USD 15 per guest for a two-hour stay. Paying through your DragonPass or Priority Pass app is usually the smoothest route at the door.

01

Lead with DragonPass

  • DragonPass opens both TXN lounges; Priority Pass only covers the First Class Lounge, so DragonPass is the safer single card here.
  • There are no airline or alliance lounges at Tunxi — a lounge membership is the way in regardless of who you're flying.
02

Match the lounge to your flight

  • The International Lounge sits by the international gateway and opens about two hours before international departures.
  • The First Class Lounge is reached from the domestic departure hall and runs from the first flight to the last.
  • Both are on the second floor, airside, so clear the security check before heading up.
03

Set your expectations

  • These are small, quiet lounges — think cold snacks and soft drinks rather than a hot buffet or a full bar.
  • The First Class Lounge is the better-equipped of the two, with tarmac views, TV and flight information screens.
  • Power and Wi-Fi can be limited, so keep a power bank handy if you need to stay charged.
04

Timing at a small airport

  • Tunxi is a compact regional gateway to the Yellow Mountains, so peaks cluster around the morning departure bank.
  • Arrive in good time — at a small airport the lounge is a calm place to wait, but stays are generally capped around two hours.
