Sobre SAW

Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) is the city's Asian-side gateway and a major low-cost and Turkish Airlines hub. The four lounges we track split between the airport's international and domestic sides. The Kepler Club is the standout — an airside international lounge on the mezzanine level with a calm, modern feel and tarmac views, reachable on DragonPass. The other three are pay-in CIP lounges: the Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge on the domestic side, and two LGM lounges run by Plaza Premium, one on the international side and one on the domestic side. Sabiha Gökçen is mostly a pay-per-visit airport — DragonPass opens the Kepler Club, while everywhere else you simply buy entry at the door. Because the lounges are split by side, always check whether your lounge is international or domestic before you clear security.

Guia de acesso

Como entrar nas salas VIP em SAW.

Sabiha Gökçen is mostly a pay-per-visit airport. The one membership-based lounge is the Kepler Club, which is reachable on DragonPass airside in the international area. The other three lounges — the Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge and the two LGM (Plaza Premium) CIP lounges — are sold on a pay-in basis, so you can buy entry without any airline status or alliance membership. Always check whether your lounge is on the international or domestic side before you clear security.

Lounge membership

DragonPass

DragonPass opens the Kepler Club, the airside international lounge on the mezzanine level. It's the single membership worth carrying at SAW, as it's the only lounge here covered by a lounge-access program rather than pay-in entry.

DragonPass

Walk-in day pass

Most SAW lounges sell entry on a pay-in basis, including the Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge and both LGM (Plaza Premium) CIP lounges on the domestic and international sides. The Kepler Club also welcomes pay-in guests alongside DragonPass holders. Booking ahead online, where available, is usually cheaper than paying at the door.

Airline

Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge

The Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge on the domestic side is the airport's branded-airline option. At SAW it is sold on a pay-in basis, so you can buy entry rather than relying solely on a premium ticket or status.

01

International vs domestic

  • SAW splits its lounges between the international and domestic sides — pick a lounge that matches the side you're flying from.
  • The Kepler Club and the LGM International CIP Lounge serve international departures; the Turkish Airlines and LGM Domestic CIP lounges serve domestic flights.
  • Clear passport control and security on the international side before looking for the Kepler Club, which sits airside on the mezzanine level.
02

Lead with DragonPass

  • If you carry DragonPass, the Kepler Club is your lounge — it's the only SAW lounge covered by a membership program.
  • The other three lounges are pay-in, so the membership matters less than simply buying entry on the day.
  • No Priority Pass coverage is listed at SAW, so don't count on it here — DragonPass or a pay-in ticket is the way in.
03

Pay-per-visit strategy

  • All four SAW lounges accept pay-in guests, so you can get in without airline status or alliance membership.
  • Where online booking is offered, reserving ahead is usually cheaper than paying at the door and locks in entry at busy times.
  • Both Plaza Premium (LGM) lounges sell walk-in entry — a reliable fallback on either the domestic or international side.
04

Timing & comfort

  • SAW gets busy around the early-morning and evening departure banks — arrive with time to spare if you want a relaxed lounge stay.
  • The Kepler Club is the calmest option, with low noise levels and tarmac views, good for working or unwinding before an international flight.
  • Lounges can fill at peak; the pay-in CIP lounges are useful overflow options if your first choice is crowded.
