Sobre LHE

Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE) is Lahore's main gateway, and we track four lounges here. The lounge scene is concentrated in the main Allama Iqbal terminal: the CIP Lounge sits airside above passport control and has the widest access at LHE — DragonPass, Priority Pass and oneworld — with tarmac views, massage chairs and a hot and cold spread. The CAA CIP Lounge, also airside on the mezzanine, is the SkyTeam-aligned option, with a prayer room and halal and vegetarian snacks. The Club Lounge near Gate 22 serves Star Alliance and oneworld passengers and is one of the few to list alcoholic drinks. On the domestic side, the PIA Business Plus Lounge is Pakistan International Airlines' own space for premium passengers. If you don't hold airline status, the airside CIP Lounge is the most reliable way in, on Priority Pass or DragonPass.

01

Lead with a membership

  • The airside CIP Lounge takes both DragonPass and Priority Pass — the most reliable single route into a Lahore lounge without airline status.
  • Coverage at LHE is split by alliance, so check whether your status is oneworld, SkyTeam or Star Alliance before picking a lounge.
02

Airside vs departure hall

  • The CIP and CAA CIP lounges are airside, upstairs above passport control — clear immigration and security first.
  • The Club Lounge is in the departure hall on the 3rd floor near Gate 22, so check the location matches your access before you commit.
03

Know the limits

  • The airside CIP Lounge has a maximum two-hour stay, so time your visit close to boarding if you want the full window.
  • The Club Lounge's published hours are evening-only, so it may not suit a daytime departure — check before relying on it.
04

Faith and diet

  • The CAA CIP Lounge has a prayer room and serves halal and vegetarian snacks — useful if those matter to your visit.
  • Alcohol is uncommon at Lahore; The Club Lounge is the option that lists alcoholic beverages among its facilities.
