Sobre LBA

Leeds Bradford (LBA) is a compact, single-terminal airport in Yorkshire, and all four of the lounges we track sit airside after security. The headline option is the Avro Lounge, which opened in June 2025 in the new terminal expansion and is the only lounge to take DragonPass and Priority Pass, plus a walk-in pay-in rate. The Six, Eight, One lounge nearby covers SkyTeam Elite Plus and premium-cabin passengers. Over near gates 4 and 5, the Yorkshire Premier Lounge and the 1432 Runway Club are pay-in lounges, the latter the more premium of the two with seasonal hot dishes and a premium drinks range. There's no airline-branded lounge here, so for most travellers it's a membership or a paid pass — and because LBA is small and all-airside, you simply clear security and follow the signs to whichever lounge you've chosen.

Guia de acesso

Como entrar nas salas VIP em LBA.

Leeds Bradford is a pay-per-visit airport at heart — two of its four lounges sell walk-in entry, and a third (the Avro Lounge) takes paid entry alongside DragonPass and Priority Pass. The only membership-network lounge is the Avro; SkyTeam status reaches the Six, Eight, One lounge. There's no airline-branded lounge here, so for most travellers it comes down to a membership or simply paying at the door.

Lounge membership

Priority Pass

Priority Pass is accepted at the Avro Lounge, the airside lounge between gates 8 and 9. It's the only Priority Pass lounge at LBA, so there's no terminal to second-guess — just clear security and follow the signs.

DragonPass

DragonPass also opens the Avro Lounge. If you carry both DragonPass and Priority Pass, either works here, so use whichever has visits to spare.

The Yorkshire Premier Lounge and the 1432 Runway Club are pay-in lounges near gates 4 and 5, and the Avro Lounge also sells a walk-in pay-in rate. Booking online ahead of time is usually cheaper than paying at the door and locks in a spot at busy times.

SkyTeam status & premium cabin

The Six, Eight, One lounge welcomes SkyTeam Elite Plus status holders and passengers travelling in business or first class on an eligible flight. It's the only alliance-aligned lounge at Leeds Bradford.

01

It's a pay-per-visit airport

  • Two LBA lounges (Yorkshire Premier and the 1432 Runway Club) sell walk-in entry, and the Avro Lounge has a pay-in rate too — you don't need status to get in.
  • Booking a lounge online ahead of time is usually cheaper than paying at the door and guarantees a seat at peak.
  • There's no airline-branded lounge at Leeds Bradford, so a membership or a paid pass is the way in for most travellers.
02

Know your lounge's gate

  • The Avro Lounge and Six, Eight, One are in the extended terminal near gates 8 and 9.
  • The Yorkshire Premier Lounge and the 1432 Runway Club sit nearer gates 4 and 5.
  • Everything is airside, so clear security before heading for your lounge.
03

Mind the opening hours

  • The Avro and Six, Eight, One lounges run roughly 04:00 to 20:00, matching LBA's early-morning departure peak.
  • If you're on a late-evening flight, check your lounge is still open before relying on it.
  • Early morning is the busiest window — arrive in good time if you want a seat.
04

Membership vs paying in

  • DragonPass and Priority Pass both cover the Avro Lounge — handy if you already hold either.
  • If you don't have a membership, the pay-in Yorkshire Premier or 1432 Runway Club are straightforward alternatives.
  • The 1432 Runway Club is the more premium pay-in choice, with seasonal hot dishes and a premium drinks range.
