The Amédée Maingard Lounge sits airside in the new terminal building at Mauritius's Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, opposite gate 28 in the departure lounge. Named after the founder of Air Mauritius, it's the airline's flagship space and the most flexible way into a lounge at MRU: it accepts DragonPass and Priority Pass holders as well as eligible Air Mauritius premium-cabin and status passengers. The lounge blends modern sophistication with subtle Mauritian-inspired touches — soft lighting, contemporary decor and spacious seating areas that keep a quiet, refined feel. Large windows let in natural light and offer views over the tarmac and surroundings, while air conditioning keeps the space comfortable.
