Sobre OPO

Porto Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is the gateway to northern Portugal, and its lounge scene is refreshingly simple: there is one airside passenger lounge, the ANA Lounge, run by airport operator ANA on Level 3 of the departures concourse between gates 31 and 32. Because it's the only lounge serving the whole airside, it's built to take almost every access route — Priority Pass, DragonPass and Diners Club members are welcome, any passenger can buy a walk-in day pass at the door, and premium-cabin or eligible-status flyers on the airlines contracted to the lounge, across Star Alliance, SkyTeam and oneworld, are admitted too. Inside you'll find runway views, a cold buffet with Portuguese products, a bar and fast Wi-Fi, open daily from 04:00 to 21:00. Whatever you hold, the answer at Porto is the same welcoming lounge on Level 3.

Best Overall

Airport Lounge

The ANA Lounge is Porto's only airside lounge, so it's the pick by default — and it earns it with the widest possible access. Priority Pass, DragonPass and Diners Club all get you in, any passenger can buy a walk-in day pass, and premium-cabin or status flyers on the contracted airlines are welcome too. Expect runway views from Level 3, a cold buffet and a bar.

Guia de acesso

Como entrar nas salas VIP em OPO.

Porto is one of the simplest lounge airports to plan for — there's a single airside lounge, the ANA Lounge, and it's built to take almost every route in. Membership programs (Priority Pass, DragonPass, Diners Club) work, any passenger can pay a walk-in day pass at the door, and premium-cabin or eligible-status flyers on the airlines contracted to the lounge are admitted. Whatever you hold, the answer at OPO is the same lounge on Level 3.

Lounge membership

Priority Pass & DragonPass

The ANA Lounge accepts both Priority Pass and DragonPass. Present your membership with your boarding pass after security; access is subject to capacity at the busy departure peaks.

Walk-in day pass

Any passenger is welcome on payment of a day-pass fee at the door, with access for up to about 3 hours. It's the simplest way in if you don't hold a membership or status — no airline or alliance needed.

01

One lounge, plan around it

  • Porto has a single airside lounge — there's no second option once you're through security, so build your plans around the ANA Lounge.
  • It opens daily from 04:00 to 21:00, covering both the early-morning departures and the evening long-haul bank.
  • It's on Level 3 between gates 31 and 32 — go up a level after security and follow the gate signs.
02

Pay-per-visit works here

  • Any passenger can pay a walk-in day pass at the door, so you don't need a membership or status to get in.
  • Access is capped at around 3 hours, which is plenty for most Porto departures.
  • Booking or pre-paying where possible can save a little over paying full price on arrival.
03

Bring whatever you hold

  • Priority Pass, DragonPass and Diners Club are all accepted at the ANA Lounge — any one of them gets you in.
  • Premium-cabin and eligible-status flyers on the contracted airlines are welcome too, across Star Alliance, SkyTeam and oneworld carriers serving Porto.
  • Whatever your route in, it's the same lounge on Level 3 — there's no need to choose between options.
04

Timing & crowds

  • As the only airside lounge, it can fill around the morning TAP and easyJet bank and the evening long-haul departures.
  • Arrive a little earlier at those peaks if you want a comfortable seat with a runway view.
  • Mid-morning and early afternoon are usually the calmer windows between the departure peaks.
