Sobre LIS

Lisbon Portela (LIS) is Portugal's busiest airport and the main hub for TAP Air Portugal, and all of its lounges sit in Terminal 1. TAP runs two Premium Lounges here — Tejo on the Schengen side and Atlântico past passport control for non-Schengen and long-haul flights — both for Star Alliance Gold members and premium-cabin passengers. The independent ANA Lounge, airside on the 6th floor with runway views, is the most flexible option, accepting Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld. If you're flying TAP or a Star Alliance partner in business, head for the matching TAP lounge; otherwise the ANA Lounge is the way in. Always check whether your flight is Schengen or non-Schengen before choosing a TAP lounge, and remember Terminal 2 has no lounges at all.

Best Overall

ANA Lounge

The ANA Lounge has by far the widest access at Lisbon — Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld all get you in. It sits airside in Terminal 1 on the 6th floor with runway views, which makes it the default choice for most travellers who aren't flying TAP in a premium cabin.

Best Star Alliance Lounge

TAP Premium Lounge Tejo

The TAP Premium Lounge Tejo is the airline's flagship Schengen lounge in Terminal 1, on the 6th floor with apron views. It serves TAP and Star Alliance premium-cabin passengers and eligible status holders flying within the Schengen area — the most consistent branded experience for intra-Europe departures.

Best for Non-Schengen Flights

TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico

The TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico sits past passport control on the non-Schengen side of Terminal 1, so it's the lounge to head for if you're flying long-haul or outside the Schengen area on TAP or a Star Alliance partner. A calmer, design-led space for the international departure banks.

Guia de acesso

Como entrar nas salas VIP em LIS.

Lisbon's lounge access splits cleanly. If you're flying TAP Air Portugal or another Star Alliance carrier in a premium cabin — or hold eligible Star Alliance status — the two TAP Premium Lounges are your route in, with the Schengen or non-Schengen lounge chosen by your destination. Everyone else is best served by the independent ANA Lounge, which accepts Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld. Always check whether your flight is Schengen or non-Schengen before picking a TAP lounge.

Lounge membership

Priority Pass

Priority Pass is accepted at the independent ANA Lounge in Terminal 1, airside on the 6th floor. It's the simplest way into a Lisbon lounge if you don't have Star Alliance status or a premium TAP ticket.

DragonPass

DragonPass also opens the ANA Lounge in Terminal 1. If you carry DragonPass rather than Priority Pass, the ANA Lounge is still your option at Lisbon — the TAP lounges are alliance- and ticket-based only.

Star Alliance lounges

TAP Air Portugal runs the Premium Lounge Tejo (Schengen) and Premium Lounge Atlântico (non-Schengen) for Star Alliance Gold members and premium-cabin passengers flying TAP or a Star Alliance partner. The ANA Lounge also admits Star Alliance passengers. Which TAP lounge you use depends on whether your flight is Schengen or non-Schengen.

The independent ANA Lounge admits eligible SkyTeam and oneworld passengers as well as Star Alliance — useful if you're flying a non-Star carrier out of Lisbon and hold qualifying status or a premium-cabin ticket.

Business class ticket

A business-class ticket on TAP Air Portugal or a Star Alliance partner gets you into the matching TAP Premium Lounge — Tejo for Schengen flights, Atlântico for non-Schengen — with no membership needed.

01

Schengen vs non-Schengen

  • TAP runs two Premium Lounges: Tejo on the Schengen side and Atlântico past passport control for non-Schengen flights — pick the one that matches your destination.
  • If you're flying long-haul or outside the Schengen area, clear passport control and head for the Atlântico lounge.
  • For intra-Europe Schengen departures, the Tejo lounge on the 6th floor is the one you want.
02

Pick your lounge by access

  • No Star Alliance status or premium TAP ticket? The independent ANA Lounge is your route in via Priority Pass or DragonPass.
  • The ANA Lounge is the only Lisbon lounge that admits SkyTeam and oneworld passengers as well as Star Alliance.
  • The TAP Premium Lounges are alliance- and ticket-based — they don't sell walk-in day passes.
03

Where to find them

  • Every Lisbon lounge is in Terminal 1 — Terminal 2 handles low-cost departures and has no lounges.
  • The ANA Lounge and TAP Premium Lounge Tejo are both on the 6th floor, airside above the commercial area.
  • All three lounges sit airside, so clear security first.
04

Timing & crowds

  • Lisbon's lounges fill around the morning and evening TAP banks — arrive a little earlier if you want a good seat.
  • The TAP Premium Lounges can get busy at peak European departure times; the ANA Lounge is a useful alternative if you have the access.
  • Security and passport control at LIS can be slow at peak, so leave time before counting on a long lounge visit.
