The ANA LOUNGE is ANA's standard domestic lounge at New Chitose, on the departure level of the Domestic Terminal near Gate 7. It serves ANA premium-cabin passengers and eligible Star Alliance status holders flying domestically. The design is classically ANA — minimalist and Japanese-inspired, with soft lighting, clean lines, a mix of armchairs and low tables, and warm wooden accents with subtle greenery that add a touch of nature to the room. The atmosphere is calm and the background hum of fellow travellers gives it a soothing rather than busy feel. It's an easy place to settle before a flight, well placed for departures from the Gate 7 area. Travellers with higher ANA or Star Alliance tiers may instead have access to the adjacent ANA SUITE LOUNGE, which is the upgraded version of the same idea.
