The East Side Business Lounge is the only Sendai lounge that takes walk-in pay-in guests, so you don't need airline status to get in. It sits airside on the 3rd floor of the Domestic Terminal — the default choice for most travellers leaving SDJ.
JAL Sakura Lounge

Domestic Terminal
All three of Sendai's lounges sit in the Domestic Terminal, airside after security. The JAL Sakura Lounge (near gate 6) and the ANA Lounge (opposite gate 5) serve their respective airline and alliance premium passengers, while the East Side Business Lounge on the 3rd floor is the walk-in pay-in option open to everyone.
