Noise levels are generally low, making it a good place to unwind before a flight, though it can get moderately busy during peak hours — especially in the evenings. It's one of the few Gimpo lounges to offer shower facilities, alongside Wi-Fi and TV, which is useful if you want to freshen up before or between flights. The space feels generally roomy and caters well to its passengers, with a practical, comfortable character rather than flagship grandeur.
