The Concordia Premier Lounge is the single lounge in Terminal 2 at Surabaya's Juanda Airport, sitting landside before the security check. It has the widest access of any lounge at Juanda — both DragonPass and Priority Pass are welcome — which makes it the most flexible choice at the airport. The decor is modern and minimalist, with comfortable seating arranged in intimate clusters, soft lighting and a muted palette that keeps the noise level low. The lounge is divided into separate zones for dining, working and lounging, and large windows give natural light and views of the airport. Amenities include a hot buffet, complimentary snacks and soft drinks, fast Wi-Fi, charging stations, a conference room, a children's play area and disabled access. It's open 07:00 to 19:00 with a three-hour maximum stay.
