Wuhai is a small single-terminal domestic airport in western Inner Mongolia, so this is a comfortable waiting room rather than a flagship space — but it carries a fuller set of facilities than the airport's DragonPass listing. Expect Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flight-information screens and step-free access, plus light snacks, newspapers, magazines and a TV in the seating area. There's also a designated smoking area. Access is through Priority Pass: present a valid card with your boarding pass at reception. Opening hours track the flight schedule, with the lounge opening about an hour and a half before the first flight and closing after the last departure of the day.
