The SWISS Arrival Lounge at Zurich Airport is one of the few dedicated arrivals lounges anywhere, giving premium international passengers arriving on SWISS, Lufthansa and United the chance to shower and enjoy breakfast on the ground after landing. It's especially valuable for travellers on short overnight flights from the East Coast of the United States, who can maximise sleep and skip breakfast on board, then freshen up here before heading into the city. The lounge is reached from Terminals 1 and 2: hop on the SkyMetro train, go through passport control, pick up your bags, and exit customs. It sits landside in the arrivals zone outside customs and is clearly marked from the baggage claim area. The arrivals zone spans two storeys — on the upper level you walk straight in, while on the lower level you ring the bell to enter the lobby and take the elevator up, where a customer service representative hands you a shower key and gives directions.
