SWISS also offers an unusual touch here: on request, the airline will store passengers' winter coats for the duration of their trip, a smart service for travellers departing to warmer destinations who want to travel lighter. Sitting at Dock A, this lounge serves the Schengen side and complements the airline's flagship First Class Lounge out at Dock E for long-haul departures.
