Star Alliance Gold members and business-class passengers can use the Servair Abidjan lounge and the mezzanine V.I.P. Lounge. These are the widest set of rooms at ABJ if you're flying a Star Alliance carrier such as Ethiopian, Brussels Airlines or Turkish Airlines.
