The Petra Lounge is an independent contract lounge airside at Queen Alia International, tucked at the end of the corridor near gates 208 and 210, past Duty Free. DragonPass and Priority Pass members are both welcome, making it one of the two flexible membership lounges at AMM alongside the Crown Lounge. The design takes its cues from Petra: warm lighting over spacious seating, with intricate patterns drawn from the city's ancient architecture. The atmosphere is calm — gentle background music over the low hum of conversation — and the lounge is set up for a range of needs, with a dedicated smoking area and a prayer room. A nice detail is the occasional aroma of freshly brewed Arabic coffee, which gives the space a local character that sets it apart from a generic contract lounge.
