It's Air New Zealand's own lounge at its Cook Islands gateway, so entry is tied to the airline rather than an independent membership: Business Premier passengers, eligible Air New Zealand frequent flyers, and Star Alliance Gold members travelling internationally can use it. The space is bright and airy, built to welcome around 50 guests, with two full window walls that give wide views over the runway and the mountains behind it. Inside there's a complimentary cold and hot buffet, a full bar with soft drinks, shower facilities to freshen up before a long flight, and a calm, comfortable seating area.
