LOT's first lounge outside Poland — a quality Star Alliance option in Terminal 5.
Inaugurated in December 2024, the LOT Business Lounge at Chicago O'Hare is LOT Polish Airlines' first location outside Poland and a notable addition to the international Terminal 5, which previously lacked quality options for Star Alliance customers. It's on the departures level near Gate M18, after TSA control, and open daily from 08:00 to midnight. The lounge welcomes premium LOT Polish Airlines passengers along with Star Alliance Gold customers flying with any Star Alliance carrier, and also accepts eligible oneworld passengers. Facilities are well-rounded: hot food, vegetarian and halal options, alcoholic beverages, a shower, a prayer room, a relaxation room, Wi-Fi, charging facilities, flight information screens and reading materials. For Star Alliance travellers in Terminal 5, it's one of the better lounges in the building.
