First Lounge is the Bamboo Airways lounge in Terminal 1 at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport, and it's the most generously equipped option in the domestic terminal. After the security checkpoint, turn right toward the escalator area and go up to the 3rd floor, then turn left and continue to the lounge in the centre of the main hall. It's reachable on DragonPass and offers more than a typical domestic lounge: alongside a hot and cold buffet with snacks and fruit, there's an a la carte menu, champagne, complimentary soft drinks, house wine, beer and liquor, with premium drinks for sale. Facilities include showers, massage chairs, a conference room, a children's play area, a family room, luggage storage, printing, computer access, runway views and halal and vegetarian options. A three-hour maximum stay applies. If you're flying domestic out of Hanoi on DragonPass, this is the standout.
