CIP Lounge
The CIP Lounge in international departures has the widest access at ISB — Priority Pass, SkyTeam and Star Alliance status all get you in. Sitting on Level 3 of the passenger terminal airside, it's the most flexible single option for international travellers leaving Islamabad without a specific airline ticket.
Airline Lounge (CIP Lounge operated by Marriott)
The CIP Lounge operated by Marriott sells walk-in paid entry, so you can buy your way in without status or a membership. It's the newest lounge at the airport, with an Italian-designed interior, a spacious seating area overlooking the concourse and a hot buffet.
Airline Lounge
The Airline Lounge in the main international departure hall is reachable on DragonPass and oneworld access. It sits airside upstairs in the departures area after immigration and the ASF search, a reliable choice if you carry DragonPass rather than a Priority Pass card.
Domestic CIP Lounge
The Domestic CIP Lounge sits airside in front of boarding gates C3 and C4, and is reachable on DragonPass. It's the option to know if you're flying within Pakistan rather than internationally out of Islamabad.

Como entrar nas salas VIP em ISB.
Islamabad's lounges are CIP-style business lounges, and getting in usually comes down to a lounge membership or airline-alliance status. Priority Pass and DragonPass each cover part of the field, SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld status reach the alliance-aligned lounges, and the Marriott-operated lounge sells walk-in paid entry. Most lounges are airside, so clear immigration and the ASF security search first.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass is accepted at the international CIP Lounge in the passenger terminal. Coverage is narrower than DragonPass and the alliance routes, so check the per-lounge page to confirm your specific lounge before you travel.
DragonPass
DragonPass opens the Airline Lounge in international departures and the Domestic CIP Lounge by gates C3 and C4. If you carry DragonPass, it's a useful membership for both international and domestic departures at ISB.
Airline & alliance lounges
Star Alliance status reaches the international CIP and Airport CIP lounges, oneworld status covers the Airline Lounge and the Prestigio Lounge, and SkyTeam status is accepted at the international CIP Lounge. Access follows your ticket and frequent-flyer tier.
Walk-in paid entry
The CIP Lounge operated by Marriott sells walk-in paid entry, so you can pay per visit without a membership or airline status. It's the newest lounge at the airport, with a hot buffet and seating overlooking the concourse.
Business & First class ticket
A premium-cabin ticket on an alliance carrier flying from Islamabad typically includes that airline's lounge access via oneworld, SkyTeam or Star Alliance — the simplest route if you're flying business or first out of ISB.

Membership vs status
- —ISB lounges are CIP-style business lounges, so a lounge membership or alliance status matters more than the airline you're flying.
- —Priority Pass and DragonPass each cover only part of the field — check the per-lounge page to see which membership opens your lounge.
- —If you have none of those, the Marriott-operated lounge sells walk-in paid entry.
Clear security first
- —Most lounges sit airside, after immigration and the ASF security search — clear the checkpoint before heading to the lounge.
- —The international lounges are upstairs on the upper departure levels of the terminal.
- —Give yourself time, as Islamabad's immigration and security can be slow at peak.
International vs domestic
- —The international CIP and airline lounges are on the upper departure levels after immigration.
- —The Domestic CIP Lounge is airside by boarding gates C3 and C4 — the option to know if you're flying within Pakistan.
- —Pick a lounge that matches whether you're departing internationally or domestically.
Newest option
- —The Marriott-operated CIP Lounge is the most recent addition, with an Italian-designed interior and a hot buffet.
- —It overlooks the concourse and sells walk-in paid entry, a good fallback if the membership lounges are busy.
- —Booking or confirming entry ahead is worthwhile at peak departure banks.
