Sobre LXR

Luxor International Airport (LXR) keeps its lounge scene simple. Both of its lounges run under the Pearl Lounge brand and sit inside the single Main Terminal — one on the domestic side and one on the international side, each airside after security. The Pearl Lounge (Domestic) is just past final security, with a children's play area, a gaming corner and a runway view; the Pearl Lounge (International) is on the left in the food-court area, a calmer and more spacious room overlooking the tarmac. Both accept DragonPass and Priority Pass, and both sell a pay-per-visit walk-in, so you can get in without airline status. Food is a non-alcoholic hot-and-cold buffet with snacks, fruit and halal and vegetarian options; both lounges have Wi-Fi, power, printing and flight screens, but no showers and no bar. There are no airline or alliance lounges at LXR, so the two Pearl Lounges are your only options — pick the one that matches your departure.

Onde nós realmente iríamos.

Best Overall

Pearl Lounge (International)

The Pearl Lounge (International) is the one most LXR travellers will use — it sits airside on the international side of the Main Terminal, takes DragonPass and Priority Pass, and offers a calm, spacious room with tarmac views, a hot-and-cold buffet and reliable Wi-Fi before a long-haul departure.

Best for Pay-Per-Visit

Pearl Lounge (Domestic)

The Pearl Lounge (Domestic) sells walk-in entry alongside DragonPass and Priority Pass, so you can pay per visit without any membership or airline status. It's the airside option for domestic departures, with the same buffet, Wi-Fi and printing as its international sibling.

Best for Families

Pearl Lounge (Domestic)

If you're travelling with children, the domestic Pearl Lounge is the better pick — it's the only LXR lounge with a children's play area and a gaming corner, plus a runway view to keep younger flyers occupied before boarding.

Dicas de quem entende

Saiba antes de ir.

01

Match the lounge to your flight

  • Luxor's single Main Terminal has a domestic side and an international side, each with its own Pearl Lounge.
  • Clear security first — both lounges are airside. The domestic lounge is to the left after final security (lounge on the right); the international one is on the left in the food-court area.
  • If you're flying internationally, head for the Pearl Lounge (International); domestic departures use the Pearl Lounge (Domestic).
02

Pay-per-visit works here

  • Both Pearl Lounges sell walk-in entry, so you don't need DragonPass, Priority Pass or any airline status to get in.
  • The walk-in rate is around 51 USD per guest for a stay of up to three hours.
  • If you carry DragonPass or Priority Pass, that's the cheaper way in — but pay-per-visit is always there as a fallback.
03

Know what to expect

  • Food is a non-alcoholic hot-and-cold buffet with snacks, fruit and halal and vegetarian options — there's no bar, in keeping with the airport.
  • Neither lounge has showers; both have Wi-Fi, power outlets, printing and flight-information screens.
  • Both rooms look out over the tarmac, so you can watch your aircraft while you wait.
04

Travelling with kids

  • The domestic Pearl Lounge has a children's play area and a gaming corner; the international lounge doesn't.
  • If you're flying internationally with children, factor that in — the international room is calmer and more spacious, but has no dedicated kids' zone.
  • Both lounges are family-friendly and quiet enough for a relaxed wait before boarding.
