Inaugurated in May 2022, this United Club near gate C123 in Terminal C marked the dawn of a new era for United's domestic United Club product and a dramatic upgrade for the airline's New York City-area customers. Unlike many clubs that are reworked from existing space, this one was built from scratch — at considerable expense — on a new mezzanine-level area near gate C123, and the result is one of United's flagship domestic lounges. It welcomes United Club members, MileagePlus Premier Gold customers departing on international flights and Star Alliance Gold members. International business-class passengers are welcome too, although many will gravitate to the more exclusive United Polaris Lounge near gate C120 for long-haul departures. As one of two United Clubs in Terminal C, this is the larger, newer option, and a natural choice if your gate is toward the C120s. Expect the full United Club set-up: comfortable seating zones, a buffet and bar, Wi-Fi and power for working or unwinding before a flight.
