Lounge Osaka is Itami's card-holder lounge, a typical Japanese credit-card lounge landside on the 3rd floor of the central block — before the security check. It's the most flexible lounge at the airport because it doesn't depend on airline status: DragonPass members, holders of eligible Japanese gold and premium credit cards, and pay-in guests are all welcome. Inside it's a calm, quiet space with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi and flight information, plus complimentary soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages and snacks are available to purchase, and there are business facilities such as a copier for a fee. Because it sits landside, it suits travellers who arrive early and want to settle before clearing security, or anyone flying a basic fare on JAL, ANA or another carrier who can't reach the airline lounges. It's open from early morning to early evening, in line with Itami's domestic schedule.
