Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge
The JAL Sakura Lounge is the North Terminal's main Japan Airlines space, airside after security on the 3rd floor. It serves JAL Global Club members, oneworld Sapphire status holders and premium-cabin passengers, with complimentary drinks and light snacks before a domestic departure.
ANA Lounge
The ANA Lounge sits in the South Terminal on the 4th floor near gate 10, welcoming ANA and Star Alliance premium passengers and Star Alliance Gold members. Expect comfortable seating and a full complimentary drinks line-up including beer, wine and soft drinks.
ANA Suite Lounge
The ANA Suite Lounge is the higher tier of ANA's two South Terminal lounges, for top-status and premium-fare passengers. Alongside the drinks line-up it adds light food such as onigiri, breads and soup, making it the most generous of the ITM lounges.
Lounge Osaka
Lounge Osaka is the landside card-holder lounge in the central block, before the security check. It's the only ITM lounge open to non-flyers and pay-in guests, and accepts DragonPass — a quiet spot with Wi-Fi and complimentary soft drinks when you don't have airline status.

North Terminal (JAL)
The North Terminal is Japan Airlines' side of Itami. Como entrar nas salas VIP em ITM.
Itami is an airline-lounge airport at heart: most of its lounges are JAL or ANA spaces reached through airline status or a premium fare. JAL Global Club and oneworld status open the North Terminal lounges, ANA Diamond/Platinum and Star Alliance Gold open the South Terminal lounges, and the landside Lounge Osaka is the one place that takes DragonPass, eligible credit cards and walk-in pay-in entry.
JAL & oneworld status
JAL Global Club members, oneworld Sapphire and Emerald status holders and Japan Airlines premium-cabin passengers use the North Terminal lounges. oneworld Sapphire reaches the JAL Sakura Lounge; the Diamond Premier Lounge is reserved for JAL's top tiers and oneworld Emerald.
ANA & Star Alliance status
ANA Diamond and Platinum members, Star Alliance Gold status holders and ANA premium passengers use the South Terminal lounges. Star Alliance Gold reaches the standard ANA Lounge; the ANA Suite Lounge is for ANA's top status and premium fares.
DragonPass
DragonPass is accepted at Lounge Osaka, the landside card-holder lounge in the central block. It's the membership route for travellers without JAL or ANA status, and works before you clear the security check.
Walk-in pay-in entry
Lounge Osaka sells pay-in entry at the door for guests without a qualifying card or status, so you can pay per visit. It's the only ITM lounge with a walk-in option — the JAL and ANA lounges are status- and fare-based.
Credit card access
Lounge Osaka also admits holders of eligible Japanese gold and premium credit cards as part of its card-holder lounge programme. Check that your specific card is on the list before relying on it, and bring the card and your boarding pass.

JAL vs ANA sides
- —Itami splits along airline lines — JAL lounges are in the North Terminal, ANA lounges in the South Terminal.
- —Match your lounge to your airline: there's no JAL access on the ANA side or vice versa.
- —Both airlines run a standard lounge and a higher-tier lounge (JAL Sakura/Diamond Premier, ANA Lounge/Suite Lounge).
No status? Use Lounge Osaka
- —Lounge Osaka in the central block is the only ITM lounge open without JAL or ANA status.
- —It takes DragonPass, eligible gold credit cards and pay-in entry at the door.
- —It's landside, before security, so you can use it even when flying a basic fare.
Airside vs landside
- —The JAL and ANA lounges are airside, after the security checkpoint — clear security first.
- —Lounge Osaka is landside, before security, so settle there only if you don't need to be through the checkpoint yet.
- —Once you're airside on one airline's side, you can't switch to the other airline's lounges.
Domestic airport, simple visits
- —Itami handles domestic flights only — international Osaka services run from Kansai (KIX), so expect a shorter, simpler lounge stop.
- —Most lounges close in the evening with the last domestic departures, so check hours if you're on a late flight.
- —Lounge Osaka opens from early morning to early evening; the airline lounges follow the day's first and last flights.
