Puerto Vallarta runs from a single passenger terminal, and both of its lounges carry the VIP Lounge name. The international VIP Lounge is airside on the upper level near Gates 10 and 12, for use once you clear security before departure. The arrivals VIP Lounge is landside on the first floor of the arrivals level, just past Customs — a spot to settle after you land. Both take Priority Pass and also sell walk-in entry to any traveller.
