The Star is the lounge EVA Air sets aside for Star Alliance Gold status passengers — a step within the carrier's tiered system that runs from The Club for Silver members, through The Star for Star Alliance Gold, up to The Infinity for Business and First Class and The Garden for top-tier Diamond members. The Star shares an entrance with The Infinity: once inside, The Infinity is to the right, while The Star serves Gold-status flyers. For Star Alliance Gold passengers heading out of Terminal 2, it's the dedicated EVA Air lounge, set within the same easy-to-find mezzanine cluster as the rest of the airline's lounges.
