The China Southern Airlines Kapok Lounge is the international-side lounge in the North Terminal at Urumqi Tianshan, reached after border control by going downstairs and turning right. It's accepted on DragonPass and is the best-equipped lounge we track at the airport, with a hot and cold buffet leaning on local Xinjiang flavours, soft drinks, power outlets at many seats, air conditioning and a smoking area. There are massage chairs to unwind in, though there are no showers. Modern decor and a generally low noise level make it a comfortable place to relax or do light work before an international flight out of Urumqi.
