The Business Lounge is the walk-in, pay-per-visit option at Vientiane — a simple space with complimentary snacks, soft drinks and house wine and beer. A no-membership way to settle in before your flight when you don't carry DragonPass.
Vientiane Airport VIP Lounge
If you want a shower before a long-haul connection, the Vientiane Airport VIP Lounge is the only lounge at Wattay with shower facilities, alongside hot food, a bar and Wi-Fi. A useful reset airside in the International Terminal before a long flight out of the region.

Wattay is a compact airport, and both lounges we track sit on the international side. The Vientiane Airport VIP Lounge is airside in the International Terminal, reached after security and immigration on DragonPass, while the Business Lounge is a pay-per-visit option. There's no large cluster of lounges here — the choice is essentially between paying with DragonPass or buying a day pass at the door.
