The Filoxenia Lounge is Heraklion Kazantzakis Airport's airline-status lounge, set on the first floor above the check-in hall, roughly above desks 15-22. It serves Star Alliance Gold members, oneworld Sapphire members and business-class passengers on eligible flights, making it the go-to space for premium travellers passing through Crete's busiest airport. It's the more complete of HER's two lounges: a snack buffet with vegetarian options, a bar pouring house wine, beer and spirits, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, a TV, flight-information screens and a small business area with power at the seats. The big draw is the outlook — large windows give runway views over the apron, a pleasant way to watch the aircraft before boarding. As a single-terminal airport, Heraklion keeps things simple: there's no need to change buildings to reach the lounge.
